How to Apply Magnetic Whiteboard Wallpaper

Magnetic whiteboard wallpaper is very simple to install and can be mounted horizontally, vertically, or on curved surfaces. We advise installing the wallpaper horizontally to enable work at eye level. Ready for use after 48 hours.

Step 1 - Your surface must be polished before application. Highly absorbent surfaces, like new plaster, require priming before application. Use our White Primer since it has been verified to be compatible with the wallcoverings.

Step 2 - Once your surface is prepared, lay the wallpaper flat on the floor for measurement and cutting. Accurately measure the wallpaper to the specified length and cut using sharp scissors.

Step 3 - Use vinyl over vinyl adhesive for all magnetic dry-erase wallpaper wallcoverings. The regular vinyl adhesive is not suitable for multi-function wallpapers. Add 5% water to the pre-mixed powerful adhesive and stir to make it easier to apply with a roller.

Step 4 - Using a roller, apply two coats of adhesive to the wall. Let the first coat of adhesive reach a touch-dry state before the application of the second layer that follows. Afterwards, you may apply the magnetic whiteboard wall covering.
