With 60% magnetite content, compared to 55% in Smart Magnetic Paint, this is our strongest magnetic paint product. (For heavier weights, choose Smart Magnetic Plaster that contains 75% magnetite and it’s the best magnetic product available)

Magnetic Products are offered in the forms of Super Magnetic Paint (60% magnetite), Magnetic Paint (55% magnetite) and Magnetic Plaster (75% magnetite). Magnetic paints are black because of the presence of magnetic particles. Applying normal paint over the magnetic coating can achieve the desired colour. We recommend the application of a white water-based primer (e.g., White Primer) before applying your chosen colour. Subsequently, install wallpaper or a digital print featuring your selected pattern or design over Super Magnetic Paint. We suggest choosing a thin product for the top layer, as a deeper or thicker topcoat can impact magnetic performance.

Yes, all the coats required are supplied within the tin. For Super Magnetic Paint you will require 4 coats of paint.

Yes, but due to the dark gray color of magnetic paint, you may need to apply more than one coat of the color of your choice. We recommend using a primer for a smooth white base for lighter shades of topcoat paint.

Smart Neo-Magnets or rare earth magnets should be used as these are the strongest available.

It is easy to create a magnetic photo wall using our magnetic paints and wallcoverings. We recommend you use neodymium magnets. You can create a photo wall by choosing from our magnetic paints, Wallcoverings or plaster. For the strongest hold, we recommend our magnetic plaster. Simple apply the wall covering of your choice on the surface you have chosen following the application steps and pin up your photographs.

Super Magnetic Paint can be applied by roller or spray onto any smooth surface. Use a short pile (foam) roller to ensure a smooth finish. Once dry, the surface can be painted over to conceal the black color (due to the magnetic properties in the paint).

Magnetic surfaces are typically used for planning, scheduling, posting, brainstorming, magnetic notice boards, magnetic walls plus lots more. For best results, we recommend using neodymium magnets or strong rare earth magnets with your super magnetic surface.

Super Magnetic Paint works well with almost all smooth surfaces. For best results, sand and fill areas as required.

In most cases your magnetic paint should not need to be thinned. From time to time, during transportation, the magnetic paint can settle. If you need to thin the paint to help during application, add 5%-10% water to the tin and stir in thoroughly.

Primers facilitate a smooth surface finish. Another reason a primer is used is to conceal the black colour (due to the magnetic particles) of our magnetic paint.

No, strong magnetic paint does not interfere with any signals. Wi-Fi functions properly while close to our magnetic plaster and paints.

Great product

We used it to paint one wall in children’s playroom. We applied 4 coats. We use both regular magnets for single sheets and strong magnets for multiple sheets or painted art work. I can see they don’t charge for delivery anymore which is great. I did manage to get free delivery but it needed a few phone calls. Since our purchase I have recommended the product to friends and wide honey improvement community. Would definitely use it again.
